You can expect jewelry to arrive within 2-14 business days* depending on the piece that is ordered.

*Please note that due to the busy holiday season these estimates can change.

INTERNATIONAL

We accept international orders as well. Please allow a longer time for delivery.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Really sorry about that. Although it's very uncommon, accidents do happen. Please e-mail us a photograph showing the damage at support@biancavalentinocollection.com, and we'll make it right for you. 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may be able to if you e-mail us quickly. If it has been sent to print, then it's too late to cancel or make any modifications. We will try to accommodate you as best possible.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 60 days of delivery please email support@biancavalentinocollection.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning (exchange or refund). If the return is due to a packaging error or defect, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping, and we'll send you an exchange or refund at no extra cost.

There are no returns for custom made products.

 

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country. 

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER

Please email us: support@biancavalentinocollection.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

 

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

 

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

 

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Bianca Valentino Collection and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.

 

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
